Our History
Rockin’ R K9 was started in December of 2022. We’re located in Gilmer, Texas (about 1 ½ hours east of Dallas, TX) on a beautiful 5 acre farm.
Rockin’ R K9 is a fully family run operation. Our AKC Golden Retrievers enjoy roaming freely on our 2-acre fenced pasture. Each of our Golden Retrievers have a custom-built kennel that provides both comfort and security.
Our Process
The journey starts in our cozy whelping room. This is where mother Goldens nurture their newborns through the earliest stages of their lives.
Once our puppies reach 4-6 weeks of age, we place them in the puppy room. They’re housed there until they are ready for their new family.
Our Mission
Here at Rockin’ R K9, we breed the highest quality Golden Retriever puppies. Our Goldens have well mannered and calm temperaments. Our Golden Retriever parents are descended from therapy and service dogs or championship junior and senior hunters.
We love helping every family find the perfect Golden Retriever puppy. You don’t just get a puppy from us. You get an adorable new best friend.
